Utility Vest and Striped Shirt

You guys know I loved my striped shirts, or really striped anything. It's kinda ridiculous how many striped items I own... #SorryNotSorry

They're such a classic and staple item! I mean you can never go wrong with a good striped shirt! Am I right ladies? Case in point is this outfit that I threw together the other to go out and about. We've been having a bit of a warm spell lately and this is the perfect amount of layers without being too hot or too cold. It's casual and comfy, the best combo in my book. And the utility vest adds great dimension and color to the outfit!

First up are these jeans which are from Zara and MY LIFE HAS BEEN CHANGED. I use to get all my jeans from American Eagle but lately they've just been fitting so terribly on me. So I was in the market for some new ones. Per suggestion, I hopped on Zara.com and started scrolling through their jeans and they have a ton! And they're super reasonable too! I found this pair, just a simple pair of skinny jeans but what I love about them is the zipper detail at the ankle. It adds a fun, edgy element to an outfit. And if I didn't want it to show I can throw on a pair of riding boots and bam, regular ol' jeans.

I had a great experience at Zara because 1) they don't charge tax, 2) they have free shipping (over $50) and 3) they have free returns. Like that's the best kinda service right there. I ordered 2 different pairs in 2 sizes and kept the ones I liked/fit and returned the ones that didn't. They seem like really good quality, not thin or cheap and fit really nice. Plus, most are around $40, which is super reasonable for jeans. Oh and these are not super long either which is just the icing on the cake. If you're looking for some new jeans I definitely recommend Zara!

Where do you buy jeans? Any brand that you swear by? I'd love to know in the comments below!
