Night One of KCFW

Sorry that this is so delayed! But it's well worth the wait, promise. Today I'm highlighting the first night of KC Fashion Week Spring and Summer 2016! I'm sharing my favorite looks and designers as well as a little insight into the nights!

Night One: Thursday, September 24th at Union Station

Thursday kicked off the start of the signature runway shows at the always gorgeous Union Station. It was a great crowd and the collections were stunning. There were 10 designers presenting and each knocked it out of the park.

Jacque of 5 O'Clock Fashionistas, Ritz of JournoSpeak and Mollie of Mollie Bellezza

I got to catch up with a few of my favorite blogger gals. It's always so much fun to see them and chat about the designers and collections.

The show started and I was wowed by the designs! I had 5 favorites from the night.

Alexis Cook: Kate Spade meets Betsey Johnson. Love the gingham and pink!

Buf Reynolds: NASA inspired. How freaking stunning is this collection?!

Gypsy Blaque: Leather and fringe? I'm sold.

eNVe Designs: Jewelry. Back jewelry is the new 'it' jewelry trend. Calling it now.

My Heirloom: Floral inspired. I adore this dress, from the pattern, color, style, everything is perfect.

Complete Line-Up:

How amazing were they?! Every year I'm constantly just awed in the beautiful masterpieces the designers come up with. Each has such creativity and talent. Major round of applause for them. Thursday was a great night and just the start of fun for the rest of the week!

Night Two will be coming soon! If you haven't checked out the pre-KCFW events you can check out  my post about them here
