Happy Holly Days: Ugly Christmas Sweater Inspo

I'm so excited for today because today kicks off my Christmas/Holiday series! Everyday forthe whole month of December, yes 31 days, I will be bringing you Christmas themed posts that cover everything from beauty to fashion to home to DIY to everything in between! It's my 31 days of Blogmas! It's going to be a lot of fun so keep checking back for new posts everyday! :)

Today's post is one I'm pretty excited for! If you're in college, high school, or if you work in an office or as a teacher then you'll probably have Christmas parties to go to. If whoever is throwing it is fun and loves a good laugh then most likely it'll be silly and the dress code something along the lines of "tacky/ugly Christmas sweater".  I'm going to be sharing some fun, creative DIY ugly Christmas sweater inspo for all those Christmas parties you'll be attending!

So this one isn't exactly 'tacky Christmas sweater' but I thought it was fun and could be worn to any silly Christmas party!

 This one is my favorite!

All you need to make your own ugly Christmas sweater is tinsel, bows, ornaments, fabric and some creativity! Or you can go to your local thrift stores to find some tacky sweaters to wear or dress up!There were some other sweater inspo but they weren't quite appropriate but if you need some more ideas check out Pinterest!
This year for Christmas my family is starting something new. We're doing an ugly Christmas sweater contest! I'm SUPER excited! I've already started planning out my sweater. I haven't decided if I'm going to do full on ugly Christmas sweater or if I'm going to do something cute like the Christmas tree. What should I do?

Are you guys going to a tacky Christmas sweater party? What are you wearing? Snap and send me pictures (@samantha_goble on Twitter & Insta) so I can see your outfits! :)

Merry Christmas everyone!
